【摘要】 为了解国家级药剂专业师资培训效果,完善培训计划,采用问卷的方法对参加培训的教师进行调查。培训内容基本满足需求,实践教学有待加强;培训教师整体情况良好,但教师选择更应注重受培训者的需求;培训环境有待提高;培训时间偏长;培训效果良好,但更应注重因材施教。完善培训课程体系,注重实践教学与科研能力的培养;加强培训教师队伍建设,教师选择与学员需求相衔接;改善培训环境;完善培训计划;因材施教。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to learn the effect of the national professional teacher training program and consummate the training plans,the questionnaire was administered to teachers participating the training program. The investigation shows the content of the training program can meet basic demand of the teachers,however,the practice of teaching needs to be strengthened;Overall conditions of the training teachers is favorable,but the teachers should pay more attention to the requirements of the trainees;The training environment setup needs to be improved;Training time seems to be too long;Result of the training program is favorable,however,more attention should be paid to individualized teaching. To improve the system of the training program,the practice of teaching and the scientific research ability should be emphasized. This paper propose that the construction of training teachers and the teacher selection should be linked up with the requirement of trainee,the improvement of the training environment setup,and consummating the training plans. More emphasis should be laid on to individualized teaching.更多还原
