【摘要】 《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》提出加强法治工作队伍建设,创新法治人才培养机制,培养造就熟悉和坚持中国特色社会主义法治体系的法治人才及后备力量。创新医事法学人才培养机制,培养满足社会需求的医事法学复合型人才,对于推进医事卫生法治建设具有重要意义。本文结合教学的实际,从教学内容、教学质量监控、教学考评与激励、联合培养及社会反馈等方面对培养机制进行创新思考和改革探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 The CPC Central Committee’s Decisions on Some Major Problems of Comprehensively Advancing the Ruling of the Country by Law puts forward the strengthening of the construction of law workers’ team, the innovation of law talents training mechanism, the cultivation of law talents and reserve forces who are familiar with and adhere to the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. The innovation of law talents training mechanism and the cultivation of inter-disciplinary medical law talents to meet the social needs are of great significance to promoting medical health legal system construction. This paper explores a variety of operating mechanisms of talent training from the perspectives of teaching content, teaching quality monitoring, teaching appraisal and incentive, joint training and social feedback, etc., and explores innovative thinking and reform combined with teaching practice.更多还原
