【Abstract】 Our government, which mainly undertakes the function of social management, has unshirkable responsibility in preventing and controlling medical disputes in our country, it is inevitable responsibility main body of preventing and controlling medical disputes as well. Therefore, our government should increase the medical and health spending, distribute medical resources reasonably, provide system supply, supervision and management,propaganda and education for preventing and controlling medical disputes; meanwhile we should improve the credibility of our government the laws, make both doctors and patients seek the balance of interests in the legal orbit, so as to guarantee the sustainable development of the medical enterprises and the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.更多还原
