【摘要】 目的分析广州市2012年医疗机构法定传染病报告质量和影响因素,为进一步提高传染病报告质量和管理水平提供科学依据。方法按照《广州市2012年度医疗机构法定传染病报告质量调查方案》对抽查的医疗机构进行传染病报告质量调查分析。结果共调查264家医疗机构,查出传染病29种6 051例,漏报率为1.17%,迟报率为0.84%,报告卡完整率为95.65%,报告卡一致率为93.60%。不同类别传染病漏报率差异有统计学意义(χ2=63.72,P<0.01),不同级别医疗机构的漏报率、迟报率、报告卡完整率和报告卡一致率差异均有统计学意义。Logistic回归分析结果提示,医疗机构传染病报告综合质量与医院级别、预防保健科工作以及自查等因素有关。结论医疗机构传染病报告质量较好,但仍存在一定问题,应采取综合性应对措施,进一步提高传染病报告质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the reporting quality and influencing factors of communicable diseases reported by medical institutions in Guangzhou,so as to provide scientific basis for further improving the reporting quality and management level of communicable diseases. Methods Investigation and analysis were conducted for the communicable diseases reports quality from chosen medical institutions in light of the Investigation Plan on reporting quality of communicable diseases in medical institutions in Guangzhou,2012. Results Totally 264 medical institutions were investigated,and 6051 cases of 29 communicable diseases were surveyed. The missing report rate was 1. 17%,the rate of delayed report was 0. 84%,the integrity rate of reporting card was 95. 65% and the concordance rate was 93. 60%. The missing reporting rate of different categories of communicable diseases had statistically significant difference( χ2= 63. 72,P < 0. 01). Missing report rate,delayed report rate,report card complete and agreement rate in different ranked medical institutions all had statistically significant difference. The logistic regression results showed that three factors influenced the reporting quality of communicable diseases: the rank of the medical institution,the work of department of prevention and health care and self inspection. Conclusions Although the reporting quality of communicable diseases from the medical institutions is good,some problems still exist,comprehensive measures should be taken,to further improve the reporting quality.更多还原
