【摘要】 目的观察灭多威作用后家蝇胚胎细胞系(MDEC-07114)超微结构的变化。方法实验分组:灭多威1 mg/ml组、2 mg/ml组、4 mg/ml组、8 mg/ml组,同时设正常组和1%丙酮组;透射电镜观察不同浓度灭多威作用后MDEC-07114细胞的超微结构变化。结果 1 mg/ml组开始出现核染色质浓缩、边集;从2 mg/ml组开始出现典型凋亡细胞形态,有大量的细胞核染色质浓缩、边集,胞浆内出现空泡,线粒体肿胀、空化;4 mg/ml组及8 mg/ml组凋亡细胞增多,还可见凋亡小体。结论灭多威可诱导MDEC-07114细胞凋亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the ultra-structure changes of MDEC-07114 by transmission electron microscopy.Methods Group of Experiments:Methomyl 1mg/ml group,2mg/ml group,4mg/ml group,8mg/ml group、normal group and 1% acetone group were set in the same time;The ultra-structure changes of MDEC-07114 were observed by transmission electron microscopy.Results 1 mg/ml group started to nuclear chromatin condensed and edge set.From the 2mg/ml group,typical apoptotic cells appeared,there are a large number of nuclei chromatin condensed and edge set,intracytoplasmic vacuoles appeared,Mitochondria swelling,cavitation;4 mg/ml and 8 mg/ml group increased apoptotic cells,there were visible apoptotic body either.Conclusions Methomyl can induce apoptosis of MDEC-07114 cells.更多还原
