【摘要】 目的:了解某三甲医院2010–2012年免疫增强剂的使用情况及用药趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:利用医院网络信息系统数据库,检索2010–2012年免疫增强剂的使用数据,采用金额排序法、用药频度分析方法,对药物利用情况进行统计分析。结果:2010–2012年免疫增强剂销售金额呈逐年递增趋势,年增长率分别为19.26%、22.60%。其中生物制剂类免疫增强剂在总体销售金额中所占比例最大,微生物制剂的用药金额逐年降低,中草药类免疫增强剂的用药金额逐年增大。结论:免疫增强剂的使用日益广泛,且存在一些不合理用药现象,应加强对此类药物的监管。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the drug use on immunoenhancers in a first-class hospital from 2010 to 2012 for providing the reference in clinic. Methods:Data of immunoenhancers used from 2010 to 2012 were collected through the network information system database and analyzed by DDDs analysis and consumption ordering method. Results: The consumption sum of immunoenhancers revealed an increased tendency from 2010 to 2012, the annual growth rate was 19.26% and 22.60% respectively. Consumption sum of biological agents occupied the largest proportion of the overall medication. Meanwhile, the consumption sum of microbial agents reduced year by year, while the consumption sum of herbal medicine increased. Conclusion: As adjuvant drugs, immunoenhancers were widely used in clinic and there were unreasonable applications of them. We should strengthen the force of supervision in order to improve the rational use of immunoenhancers.更多还原
