【摘要】 目的:通过对自愿戒毒患者药物滥用情况的调查分析,了解药物滥用人群的人口学特征及药物滥用行为特征,探讨戒毒新途径,为相关部门制定预防和干预药物滥用工作提供科学依据。方法:对616例自愿戒毒病人进行问卷调查和实验室检测,对调查检测数据进行统计分析。结果:(1)男性患者、40 a以下的无业人员是药物滥用的主体;(2)滥用人群受教育程度较低,大部分为初中及以下文化程度(91.7%);(3)滥用物质主要为海洛因(98.1%),滥用原因以追求欣快/刺激,满足好奇为主;(4)滥用方式以烫吸(43.0%)和注射(34.3%)为主;(5)脱毒次数以第一次脱毒(34.3%)为主,脱毒次数超过3次的(46.0%)也占相当大比例;(6)实验室生化检测显示,艾滋病检查阳性者有16例(2.6%)。结论:顺德区药物滥用情况与我国整个社会吸毒人群的人口学特征大致相符,患者的复吸率高,应加强社区康复戒毒并将此做为今后预防和干预药物滥用的重要工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the demographic characteristics and drug abuse behavior and history of patients of drug abuse in voluntary detoxification center,explore new ways of detoxification and provide scientific basis for prevention and intervention of drug abuse.Methods: Six hundred and sixteen of voluntary drug patients were investigated by questionnaire and laboratory testing.Results:(1) The main drug addicts are unemployed,male,below 40 years old patients.(2)The majority of drug users are less educated,the education level is mostly below junior middle school(91. 7%).(3)Heroin(98. 1%)is the main abused substance,the main reason is the pursuit of pleasure,stimulation,curiosity.(4) The drugs were administrated mainly by snorting(43. 0%) and injection(34. 3%).(5) About 34. 3% drug abusers were first detoxification,46. 0% of them had detoxification history of more than 3 times.(6)Laboratory tests showed that 16 cases(2. 6%) had positive HIV examination.Conclusion: The drug abuse situation and drug users demographic characteristics in Shunde district were similiar with the whole society in China. Patients has high relapse rate. It is necessary to strengthen the community rehabilitation treatment which is the key to development of prevention and intervention of drug abuse.更多还原
