【摘要】 目的:了解护理干预对海洛因依赖者负性情绪的影响。方法:将64例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的海洛因依赖者随机分为单用美沙酮替代治疗组(对照组)与合并护理干预组(观察组)。于干预前后采用SCL-90量表、EPQ对两组患者进行评定。结果:干预后4周观察组SCL-90总分及躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、人际关系和敌对性因子分,EPQ的神经质(N)量表分的改善均明显优于对照组(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01)。结论:护理干预可明显改善海洛因依赖者的负性情绪,可调整其心理状态,促进其人格纠正。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on negative emotion of heroin addicts.Methods:Sixty- four heroin dependent patients met the diagnostic criteria of CCMD- 3 heroin dependent patients were randomly divided into single use of methadone replacement therapy group(control group)or combined with nursing intervention group(observation group). Before and after the intervention,SCL- 90 and EPQ were used to assess two groups of patients.Results: Four week after intervention,SCL- 90 total scores and factor scores of somatization,depression,anxiety,interpersonal relationship and antagonism,the N score of EPQ were improved significantly compared to controls( P <0. 05 or P < 0. 01).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can significantly release negative emotion of heroin addicts,adjust the psychological state and promote their personality correction.更多还原
