【摘要】 目的:利用Meta分析评价电针治疗阿片依赖的有效性和安全性。方法:对中英文数据库(1989年1月-2012年10月)中关于电针治疗阿片依赖的临床随机对照试验(RCT)研究进行全面检索,用Jadad量表进行研究质量评分。评价指标包括:脱毒期的脱毒有效率、戒断症状评分和焦虑症状评分;康复期的复吸率、戒断症状评分、焦虑症状评分、抑郁症状评分和不良反应等,用RevMan 5.0进行统计分析。结果:纳入文献16篇,共1669例患者,电针组882例,对照组787例。Meta分析显示,在脱毒治疗中,电针治疗在提高脱毒有效率、缓解戒断症状和焦虑情绪等方面,与对照组无显著性差异,但电针组的焦虑症状评分明显低于空白对照组。在脱毒后的康复期,电针治疗在缓解戒断症状、改善焦虑和抑郁情绪以及不良反应等方面,其疗效显著优于对照组,而在降低复吸率方面与对照组无统计学差异。结论:电针治疗阿片依赖安全有效。但由于临床研究方法学质量不高,此结论还需高质量的试验进一步证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture for treatment of opiate dependence.Methods:Searching Chinese and English databases(1989.1- 2012.10) about electroacupuncture for treatment of opiate dependence in clinical randomized control trials.The methodological quality of each study was assessed with Jadad scale.The evaluation indicators include effective rate,withdrawal- symptoms score,anxiety symptom score in detoxification,and include relapse rate,withdrawal- symptoms score,anxiety symptom score,depression symptom score and side effect in convalescence.Meta- analysis was performed by RevMan 5.0 software.Results:Sixteen studies were enrolled,with a total of 1669 patients including 882 cases in electroacupuncture group,the rest 787 cases were in controlled group.Meta- analysis showed that there are no significant differences for effective rate,withdrawal- symptoms score and anxiety symptom score in detoxification,but the anxiety symptom score in eletroacupuncture group is much lower than that in blank control group.In contrast,the eletroacupuncture is more effective than the controls for reducing withdrawal symptoms score,anxiety and depression symptom score in convalescence,but there is no significant difference for relapse rate.Furthermore,electroacupunture has less side effect.Conclusion:Electroacupunture is effective and safe for the treatment of opiate dependence.However,the conclusion was lack of evidence of high quality.Further randomized controlled trials(RCT) of electroacupuncture may be justified.更多还原
