红花蕺菜挥发油成分分析

【摘要】 为了分析红花蕺菜Houttuynia erythroflorum D.X.Song et.G.Q.yang的挥发油成分,使用《中华人民共和国药典》中的冷浸法、挥发油提取法[3],提取红花蕺菜浸出物和挥发油;采用GC-MS对挥发油成分进行分析;获得化学成分45个,其中叶26个,地上茎37个,地下茎20个。分析:Lauralde hyde(月桂醛):叶含0.204776%,地下茎含0.624 687%,地上茎含0.014 916%;2-Undecanone(2-十一酮):叶0.068 736%,地下茎,3.532 494%,地上茎0.164 415%;Myrcene(月桂烯):叶含0.204 776%,地下茎含0.624 687%,地上茎含0.014 916%。

【Abstract】 Through the process of researching the germplasm resources of Houttynia cordata thumb as well as the breed screen of it,it was found that there is a new plant genera of Houttuynia L,Houttuynia erythroflorumD.X.Song et G.Q.Yang,distributed at Taoxi Temple,Honghuagang District,ZunYi,Guizhou Province,which is different from Houttynia cordataand H.emeiensisZ.Y.zhu &S.L.zhang in E,Mei of Sichuan Province.We analyzed the components of the volatile oil in Houttuynia erythoflorumD.X.Song et G.Q.Yang,the cold soak method and volatile oil extraction method listed in the Pharmacopoeia of People’ s Republic of China were applied,the extracts and volatile oil in Houttuynia erythroflorum D.x.Song et.G.Q.yang were analyzed by using GC-MS.The results showed that the following chemical components were obtained.26 chemical components in the leaf,37chemical components in the aerial stem of plant,and 20 chemical components in the stem.Lauric aldehyde:the leaf contains 0.204 776%,the aerial stem of plant contains 0.014 916%,and the subterraneous stem contains 0.624 687%.2-Undecanone:the leaf contains 0.068 736%,the aerial stem of plant contains 0.164 415%,and the subterraneous stem contains 3.532 494%.Myrcene:the leaf contains 0.204 776%,the aerial stem of plant contains 0.014 916%,and the subterraneous stem contains 0.624 687%.
