【摘要】 目的:对我院处方点评工作进行总结,促进临床合理用药。方法:抽取我院2012年1~12月的门诊处方,根据《处方管理办法》、《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》进行点评。结果:不合理处方占抽取总数的2.73%。主要不合理用药类型为适应证不适宜。存在不良药物相互作用及书写不规范的不合理处方占抽查处方的百分率分别由上半年的0.38%和0.21%下降到下半年的0.09%和0.08%。其他不合理用药情况的比例也有明显下降。结论:处方点评制度,能够提高处方质量,提升药物治疗水平,保障患者合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the situation of clinical irrational use of drugs in our hospital to promote their rational use.Methods:The practice of prescription comments in our hospital was summarized according to the Provisions on Prescription Management and Hospital Prescription Comment Management Practices(trial implementation).Results:The irrational prescription accounted for 2.73%of the total selected prescription from January to December in the year of 2012and the main type of irrational drug use was the unsuitable selection drugs in our hospital.Through the prescription comment,percentages of unhealthy reciprocity between drugs and nonstandard irrational written prescriptions showed that the prescription spot check went down to 0.09%and 0.08%in the second half year from 0.38%and 0.21%in the first half year.The proportion of other irrational uses of drugs also had their dramatic decline.Conclusion:The prescription comment system was able to improve the quality of prescriptions,enhance the level of drug treatment and ensure patients to use drugs reasonably,safely and effectively.更多还原
