【摘要】 目的以定性和定量的方法探索基层医疗机构开展药品不良反应(ADR)主动监测的模式和方法。方法通过文献研究法、专家论证及德尔菲(Delphi)法,确定基层医疗机构主动监测评价指标及其权重。结果基层医疗机构主动监测评价指标体系受多方面因素的影响。结论该体系为选取基层医疗机构作为哨点医院开展ADR主动监测提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the pattern and method of launching ADR active monitoring in primary medical in stitutions the qualitative and quantitative method. Methods Literature study, experts’ demonstration and Delphi expert consultation were used to construct indicators and weights of primary medical institutions that launch active monitoring. Res ults Indicator system for evaluating primary medical institutions active monitoring are affected by many factors. Conclus ion This system can be used by regulatory agency as reference for choosing the sentinel hospitals that will launch ADR active surveillance.更多还原
