猕猴桃种子休眠解除影响因素研究

【摘要】 以猕猴桃种子为材料,研究低温、植物生长调节剂、碱性化学物质等因素对种子休眠解除的作用,以找到种子休眠的解除方法。结果显示:4℃低温下沙藏80~100 d,可以有效解除种子休眠,但发芽率较低;4℃低温沙藏80 d后,用浓度150~200 mg/L的ABT生根粉6号浸泡种子24 h,可使种子的发芽率、发芽势分别提高到55.1%、51.2%,发芽所需时间缩短6 d;4℃低温沙藏80 d后,用20%次氯酸钠处理种子18~24 h,可以使发芽率及发芽势分别提高到82.8%、72.3%,发芽所需时间缩短10 d。

【Abstract】 With Actinidia deliciosa cv ‘QingMei’ seeds as materials, the ways to break the seed dormancy were explored, such as low temperature, ABT rooting powder and NaCIO3, which have influence on seed dormancy. The results showed that seed dormancy can be broken effectively when seeds were stored at 4 ℃ with stratification for 80~100 days. 55.1% of germination percentage and 51.2% of germination potential can be obtained as seeds were soaked in ABT rooting powder with concentration of 150~200 mg/L for 24 h after stored at 4℃ for 80 days. 82.8% of germination percentage and 72.3% of germination potential can be achieved when seeds were soaked in 20% NaCIO3 for 18 to 24 h after stored at 4℃ stratification for 80 d.
