面向多参与主体的建筑工程标准协同修订方法研究
Collaborative Revision Method for the Construction Engineering Standards Oriented to Multiple Stakeholders
【摘要】 建筑工程标准是建筑行业有效地实行科学管理的重要手段,建筑工程标准的修订是标准提升质量的核心环节。本文通过构建基于基元模型的标准修订方法,将标准修订过程中的信息进行有效地挖掘、归类与整合,利用标准化物元的分解将标准中涉及到的技术指标标记为对象、特征及其量值的三元组,结合质量功能展开方法对标准的修订方案进行搜集与整理,在权重优化的基础上完成标准功能特征重要度的判定,最终实现建筑工程标准修订的多方案择优。研究表明:面向多方参与的标准修订方法能够广泛地搜集标准修订方案并提供优选后的策略,实现多主体参与下的建筑工程标准的协同修订。
【Abstract】 Construction engineering standards become the base and means for the construction industry to implement scientific management effectively.The revise of the construction standards is the core area for the standards to improve quality and to absorb new technology.The paper makes the information of the standard revision process become effectively mining,classification and integration through the means of constructing the standard revised methodology of the basic-element model.It uses the decomposition of the standardization matter element to make the technical indicators related to the standards label into a triple of objects,features and value and combines the quality function’s deployment method to collect and arrange the revision of the standard proposal under the multi-agents.It competes the determination of the standard function ’s importance in the optimizing the weights base and finally achieves the revise of the construction engineering standard’s multiple-program optimization of selection.The studies show that: The revise of the construction standards method for multiple-participation can search the proposals widely and then choose the better scheme and achieve the construction engineering standards’ collaborative revision with multi-agents.
