【摘要】 本文针对物流企业与制造企业所组成的共生系统,提出了事前合同与事后调整相结合的利益分配模式。即在合作之初基于各方投入确定初始的利益分配方案,合作后综合考虑各方的实际贡献、承担风险与合作性等影响利益分配的因素,并应用网络分析法确定各因素的权重,以对初始分配方案进行调整。鉴于激励企业创新对提高共生系统竞争力的重要性,进一步基于创新激励指数对分配策略加以修正。最后通过实例证明该分配模式更为合理、更符合实际。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the symbiosis system with manufacturer and logistics provider,the paper sets up a model combining prior contract with the ex-post adjustment for symbiotic profit allocation.Firstly,the initial allocation plan is proposed at the stage of system building on investment factor,then the integrated allocation method considering contribution,risk and cooperation factors is applied to correct the initial plan according to the system actual state.Analytic network process is applied to determine the weights of the factors.Furthermore,the result of allocation is adjusted in regard of the importance of innovation.Finally,a concrete example is carried out to demonstrate the rationality and validity of the model.更多还原
