【摘要】 目的:应用Cariogram龋病风险评估软件分析昆明市12岁儿童的个体患龋风险,筛选出其中的患龋高危人群。方法:对昆明市某小学200名12岁儿童进行口腔临床和唾液检查以及问卷调查。利用Cariogram龋病风险评估软件得出个体患龋风险,根据患龋风险值将受检者分为5个龋危险组。结果:200名儿童龋均为0.33±0.79;患龋高风险者占3.5%,患龋低风险者占25%。结论:昆明市12岁儿童中患龋高风险者占总人数的3.5%,龋病预防工作将以这部分人群为重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To assess the caries risk of 12- year- old children in a Primary School of Kunming using Cariogram software. METHODS: Two hundred 12-year-old children were included in this study. The data were collected from every child by clinical examination,saliva sampling and a dietary questionnaire. The data was analyzed by Cariogram software. RESULTS: The mean DMFT was 0. 33 ± 0. 79 in these children. According to Cariogram results,the children were divided into 5 caries-risk groups. 25%,25. 5%,33. 5%,12. 5% and 3. 5% of the children were with the caries risk value of 0%- 20%,21%- 40%,41%- 60%,61%- 80% and 81%- 100% respectively.3. 5% of the children belonged to high risk group.
