【摘要】 保障性住房建设关系民生福祉,其在我国城镇住房体系中的重要性不言而喻。当前,我国保障性住房建设融资存在资金供给短缺、融资主体单一、融资模式落后、创新机制不足等问题。解决这些问题的关键在于拓宽融资渠道,创新融资模式。而目前国际上较为成熟的做法就是以美国为代表的发达国家所实行的REITs融资模式,吸取其成功经验,对我国拓宽保障性住房融资渠道具有非常重要的意义。更多还原
