【Abstract】 This paper summarizes and assesses APEC’s latest progress and achievements in trade and investment facilitation,and provides appropriate advice for China to select its own trade and investment facilitation action plan.Overall,APEC trade and investment facilitation towards the " Bogor Goals" has significantly promoted intra-regional trade and investment growth,but the implementations of many specific actions are still insufficient,resulting in slower overall progress speed.In such circumstances,China should avoid its disadvantages, make efforts to build more effective assessment indicators and organizations,and participate in new Facilitation Action Plans.更多还原
