【Abstract】 The reform of the financial marketization in China is currently entering the acceleration period, people worries whether the domestic banks and financial regulatory system has been ready.This paper,from the perspective of financial marketization incentives to banks’risk-taking,analyzes and summarizes the common features of the banks’risk-taking behavior in countries or regions where implemented financial liberalization reform from1980’s to 1990’s,and brings some experience reference for the speeding-up financial marketization reform and beneficial enlightenment of banking supervision in China.更多还原
