【摘要】 目的:探讨莪术油注射液雾化治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染发热的临床疗效。方法:选择100例病毒性上呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者行常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用莪术油注射液雾化治疗,观察比较两组患者的退热时间、临床疗效及证候积分。结果:经过治疗,观察组患者退热时间和临床证候积分均显著低于对照组,临床总有效率高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:莪术油注射液雾化治疗可显著改善病毒性上呼吸道感染发热患者的临床症状,提高治愈率,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analysis the effect of curcuma oil injection atomization in the treatment of viral upper respiratory infection with fever.Methods:100patients with viral upper respiratory infection were divided into objective group and control group.The control group was used conventional drug treatment plan and the objective group was additional curcuma oil injection atomization treatment plan.The difference of the antifebrile time,clinical curative effect and clinical syndrome integral between the two groups were compared.Results:he antifebrile time and clinical syndrome integral of the objective group were lower than that in the control group.The clinical curative effect of the objective group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:It would get a satisfactory effect to use curcuma oil injection atomization in the treatment of viral upper respiratory infection,with the better clinical curative effect,shorter antifebrile time and less adverse reactions更多还原
