含铜电炉渣贫化试验研究
Experimental Study on Depleting a Copper-bearing Electric Furnace Slag
【摘要】 分析了云铜贫化电炉渣的矿物组成、化学成分、渣型选择,研究了电炉渣中铜的主要存在形态。考查了不同Fe/SiO2配比下炉渣的性能研究,Fe/SiO2、硫化剂、熔炼温度、熔炼时间、还原剂用量对渣含铜的影响。基于条件试验结果确定了适宜的铜渣贫化方法。
【Abstract】 Mineral composition,chemical composition and slag type selection of copper electric furnace slag are described and the main copper-bearing phases in electric furnace slag are studied in this paper.The property of the slag at different Fe/SiO2 and the effects of the Fe/SiO2,reductant,melting temperature,melting time and amount of reductant on the copper content of cleaned slag are investigated.An optimum method for the slag cleaning is obtained on the basis of the batch test results.
