【摘要】 生化实验室是医学院校进行教学和研究的重要技术平台,晋中新校区的建设对山西医科大学的实验室开放提出了新的建设和管理要求,因此如何做好实验室的开放管理是值得思考的问题。针对多年来生化实验室开放管理经验的并结合我校实际,探讨了生化实验室硬件设施建设、规章制度的建设、师资力量的培养、教学机制的创新以及校企合作模式的开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Biochemical laboratory is an important technology platform for education and academic research in medical university. The new campus of Jinzhong proposes new challenges for the staff to think about the construction and management of laboratory opening of Shanxi medical university. Based on the experience of opening management and practical situation in our school,this paper discussed the new pattern of open management in hardware construction,rules and regulations establishment,faculty training,innovation of teaching mechanism and the development of university-enterprise cooperation.更多还原
