【摘要】 生物技术产业是国家二十一世纪重点扶持的朝阳行业,生物制品的研发具有周期长、投入大、产出高等特点。高校生物实验室是新技术、新产品的重要研发基地,在生物产品的研发、人才的培养方面发挥着巨大的作用。生物学大型仪器设备极其昂贵,是科学研究、产品研发和研究生培养重要而有限的资源,如何做到合理配置,提高使用效率,是急需解决的问题。采取集中配置,将大型仪器应用于实验教学和科研及研究生培养,采用科学的管理机制,构建良好的教学科研实验仪器共享平台,解决了大型仪器在使用和管理方面存在的问题,提高了仪器的利用率,保障了教学和科研工作的正常进行,促进了学科发展和人才培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Biotechnological industry is a rising industry supported by our country in 21 stcentury,the research and development of biological products have some characteristics such as long cycle,high cost,high output,etc. The biological laboratory of university is an important base of research and development of new technologies and new products. It plays an important role in the talents cultivation.Biological large- scale instruments are not only extremely expensive,but also limited resources for scientific research,product research and postgraduate education. How to arrange instruments and improve the efficiency is an urgent problem. Several measures and scientific managerial mechanism were adopted in biological experimental teaching center of Shenyang pharmaceutical university to make large-scale instruments applied in experimental teaching. A good shared platform of teaching and research was constructed to solve some problems of large- scale instruments in usage and management. These ways improved the utilization of instruments,ensured the normal teaching and research work,and promoted the development of biology science and the cultivation of talents.更多还原
