初探竞赛型工程训练项目大学生创新能力培养
Exploration of competition-type engineering training projects applied on training students’ innovation ability
【摘要】 针对当前工科大学生创新实践能力低下的现状,深入剖析了其产生的根源,结合本校工程训练课程体系改革与实践的探索,以机械类学生为试点对象,实施竞赛型工程训练项目教学模式,在提高学生创新实践能力方面取得显著的人才培养效果。
【Abstract】 According to the situation that engineering students’ innovation and practical ability is relatively low,deep analysis about the root cases is proposed in the paper. Combined researches on our school’s engineering training course’s reform and practice,taken mechanical engineering students as objects,a teaching mode by applying competition- type engineering training projects is studied,which can achieve distinct talent cultivation effect on improving students’ innovation and practical abilities.
