Smith预估算法在计算机控制系统中的应用
Smith predictive control applied in computer control system
【摘要】 Smith预估控制是一种对被控对象的纯滞后补偿,在工业过程中有着比较广泛的应用。在传统Smith预估算法的理论基础上,采用Smith预估器与PID控制器相结合的方法,推导出相应的控制算法,利用实验室现有的硬件设备,确定控制方案,搭建计算机控制系统。被控对象为电加热管,其对象特性可以通过阶跃响应曲线测得。通过NI公司的LabVIEW软件平台,实现控制算法的软件编制以及相应的控制界面的设计。
【Abstract】 Smith predictive control is a method that can compensate for time delays. It has wide application across process industries. On the basis of traditional Smith predictive control theory,using existing devices,we apply Smith predictor with PID controller to computer control system for controlling the temperature of electrical heating tube. We can get the characteristic of electrical heating tube by its step response curve. Programming work of GUI design and control algorithm is done via LabVIEW of National Instruments.
