涡旋压缩机压缩腔流体的CFD模拟分析及应用
CFD Simulation and Application of Interior Flow Field for Scroll Compressor
【摘要】 CFD技术在涡旋压缩机领域中的应用越来越重要,根据现有的一个涡旋压缩机的物理模型,建立其在工作过程中某一状态下的准静态的压缩腔计算模型,然后采用CFD软件FLUENT对其进行模拟计算得到其流场特性和压力损失,在此基础上对原有模型的圆渐开线型线结构进行改进,研究正方形渐开线型线和圆渐开线-高次曲线-圆弧组合型线两种结构并模拟计算,结果表明其压力损失都大幅度减小且后者的泄漏线长度也大幅度减小,这为进一步研究涡旋型线的设计理论提供参考。
【Abstract】 With the development of CFD technology,it plays increasingly critical role in the sphere of scroll compressor.According with an existing physical model of scroll compressor,simplified and built its quasi-static calculation model under a state during its working process.Then,by using CFD software-FLUENT,simulated it to get its flow characteristics and pressure loss.On this basis,optimized the original model to get two modified structural models and calculated and compared.The result shows that the pressure loss is greatly reduced and the leakage length of them is also increasingly decreased.This will provide a theoretical reference for further study of scroll profile.
