【摘要】 川金丝猴在我国诸多动物园中均有饲养,有的还形成了小种群,饲养、繁殖都较好,但其毛尾线虫的感染问题一直困扰着许多动物园。通过对杭州动物园内的7只川金丝猴在不同温度、不同驱虫方式驱虫后毛尾线虫的重复感染情况进行探讨,1 a来对442个样本进行分析,结果显示圈养条件下的川金丝猴毛尾线虫的重复感染对温度不敏感;驱虫后采用火焰消毒将有效降低重复感染;连续采用2个疗程驱虫比采用1个疗程驱虫的效果好。这些数据将为进一步做好圈养川金丝猴乃至灵长类动物寄生虫感染的防治提供理论基础,为更好的优化川金丝猴的种群管理做好铺垫。更多还原

【Abstract】 In spite of proper feeding,breeding and population management of captive Sichuan snub-nosed monkeyst Rhinopithecus roxellanae)in Chinese zoos,infection by whipworm(Trichuns spp.) has been a serious problem.We analyzed 442 fecal samples from 7 monkeys at Hangzhou Zoo and found the repeated infection ratio by whipworm was insensitive to temperature but was reduced significantly by fire sterilization after deworming and two consecutive deworming treatments rather than one.These results describe practical experience in parasite-infection prevention and preparation for better population management of captive Sichuan snub-nosed monkey and other primates.更多还原
