【摘要】 目的设计一本鼻内镜术后复查手册(复查手册),研究此手册在鼻内镜术后随访中的作用。方法选择2009年7月~2012年12月在本院进行鼻内镜手术的患者468例,其中使用口头嘱咐进行复查的患者221例(对照组),使用该手册进行术后复查的患者247例(观察组)。对照组采用口头宣教法对患者普及鼻内镜复查的知识及预约复查的时间,观察组在鼻内镜手术前每人分发一本鼻内镜术后复查手册进行宣教。结果使用鼻内镜术后复查手册,患者复查的依从性明显上升,疾病复发率下降(P<0.05)。结论在鼻内镜术后随访中应用复查手册,有助于患者参加鼻内镜手术的术后复查,减少了手术后的复发率,提高了鼻内镜手术疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To design a return visit manual for patients after endoscopic nasal surgery and to observe the clinical effect. Methods Four hundred and sixty-eight patients were recruited from July 2011 to December 2012 who had gone endoscopic nasal surgery. Two hundred and twenty-one patients were used for oral ordered review( control group) and 247 cases were used for the return visit manual after operation( observation group). Results In observation group,the patients’ compliance improved significantly and the complication incidence of patients decreased( P < 0. 05).Conclusions The return visit manuals made patients attend re-examinations actively,not only reduce the complication occurrence,but also increase the surgery success rate and disease cure rate.更多还原
