考虑摩阻的水平井产能

【摘要】 目前使用的水平井产能公式大多忽略了井筒内摩阻损失,出现了在无限大的地层中,水平井段的长度与其产能关系曲线基本上呈线性,与实际情况不符。通过管流和渗流的耦合,利用等值渗流阻力法推导出层流条件下考虑摩阻的水平井产能方程。把水平井流动阻力分为水平方向流动阻力、垂直方向流动阻力和水平段摩阻三部分,分析各因素对水平段摩阻占总阻力百分比和水平井产能的影响。经实例分析,水平段摩阻造成的产能损失为17.225%,因此在储层渗透率、储层有效厚度较大时摩阻造成的产能损失不能忽略。水平段内径越大,摩阻对水平井产能影响越小,粘度越大水平井产能越低,但对摩阻所占百分比和水平井长度优化没有影响。

【Abstract】 Horizontal well capacity formulas used at present are mostly ignored the friction loss of well bore,which appears that the relation curve between the length of horizontal section and its production ability is basically a linear in the infinite formation,not matching the actual situation. Through coupling the pipe flow and seepage,under the condition of laminar flow,the horizontal well productivity equation is deduced considering the friction by using the equivalent filtrational resistance method. The flow resistance of horizontal well is divided into three parts of horizontal flow resistance,vertical direction and horizontal section of the friction resistance to analyze the effect of various factors on percentage of the horizontal section of friction resistance to total size and horizontal well capacity. Actual examples show that the capacity loss made by the friction of horizontal section is 17. 225%,so when the permeability and effective thickness are big,the friction loss of horizontal section would not be ignored. The bigger of the horizontal section inner diameter,the less effect of the friction to the horizontal capacity,the bigger of the fluid viscosity,the capacity of horizontal is smaller,but have nothing to influence with friction percentage and horizontal well length optimization.
