Simulink应用于PLC运动控制系统初探
A Preliminary Study on Simulink Applied in PLC-based Motion Control System
【摘要】 本文以交流伺服系统的三环控制为例,介绍通过Simulink平台进行建模仿真,使用Simulink PLC Coder生成符合IEC61131-3标准的结构化文本,继而导入PLC运动控制系统,运行结果和Simulink仿真结果一致。提供了一种复杂控制算法从Simulink仿真平台到PLC系统的自动化转化方法,对PLC系统工程实施有一定的借鉴作用。
【Abstract】 Taking three loops control in AC serve system as an example, the paper introduces how to simulate by Simulink, transform to IEC61131-3 standard structured text by Simulink PLC Coder, and then download to PLCbased motion control system. The test shows that the run results are conformable with the simulation results. This study provides a method which automatically transforms Simulink simulation code into PLC system language, and references to the PLC system project implementation.
