【摘要】 目的观察糖尿病肾病不同分期血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(Tc)水平的变化。方法收集糖尿病肾病不同分期患者108例,分为无蛋白尿组(1组)、微量白蛋白尿组(2组)、临床尿蛋白组(3组)、DN肾功能不全代偿期(4组)和DN肾功能不全失代偿期(5期),另纳入健康体检者83例为健康对照组,测定其血清Hcy、血肌酐(SCr)、TG、TC水平。结果糖尿病组(1组+2组)及糖尿病肾病组(3组+4组+5组)较健康对照组血清Hcy、SCr、TG、TC水平均增高,而与糖尿病组比较,糖尿病肾病组进一步增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随着糖尿病肾损害的加重,血清Hcy、SCr、TG、TC水平逐渐上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。糖尿病肾病4组、5组与1~3组比较,TG、TC水平增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且5组较4组进一步增高(P<0.01)。结论随着糖尿病肾病分期的进展,血清Hcy、SCr、TG、TC水平有逐步增高的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of serum homocysteine(Hcy),three glycerol(TG),and cholesterol(TC) levels in different stages of diabetic nephropathy.Methods Collected 108 cases of diabetic nephropathy in different stages,these patients were divided into non albuminuria group(group 1),microalbuminuria group(group 2) and clinical proteinuria group(group 3),DN compensatory stage of renal insufficiency(group 4) and DN in renal failure compensatory stage(group 5),another 83 cases of healthy people were enrolled as healthy control group,serum Hcy,serum creatine(SCr),TG and TC levels were measured.Results Compared with the control group,serum Hcy,SCr,TG and TC levels in the diabetic group(group 1 + 2) and diabetic nephropathy group(group 3 + 4 + 5) were increased significantly,compared with the diabetic group,diabetic nephropathy group further increased,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).With the progression of the diabetic kidney damage,the serum levels of Hcy,SCr,TG,TC levels gradually increased,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Diabetic nephropathy group 4 and 5 ’s TG and TC levels increased than group 1 ~ 3,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01),and the group 5 is further increased than group 4(P <0.01).Conclusion Along with the progression of diabetic nephropathy,serum Hcy,SCr,TG and TC levels have gradually increased.更多还原
