乙酰半胱氨酸牛磺酸镁盐对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎大鼠脂质代谢的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察乙酰半胱氨酸牛磺酸镁盐对高脂饮食所致非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)模型大鼠脂质代谢的影响。方法:采用高脂饲料喂养12周复制大鼠NASH模型,成模后大鼠分为模型组、乙酰半胱氨酸牛磺酸镁盐低、中、高剂量治疗组和易善复阳性对照组。治疗8周后取血测定各组大鼠血清ALT、AST、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果:与NASH模型组相比,各治疗组大鼠血清ALT、AST、TC、TG、LDL-C含量均明显降低,HDL-C含量显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中乙酰半胱氨酸牛磺酸镁盐中、高剂量组改善尤为显著。结论:乙酰半胱氨酸牛磺酸镁盐保护NASH大鼠作用通过降低血清转氨酶水平,改善血脂含量实现。

【Abstract】 AIM:To study the effect of ace- tylcysteine taurine magnesium salt [(NAC ·TA)Mg]on lipid metabolism in rats with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH).METHODS:95male SD rats were randomly divided into 2groups:the normal group,the model group.The experimental rats were given fat rich diet.The model of NASH was established after 12 weeks.All the rats were put to death after 8 weeks treatment,plasma sample was collected for the content detection of serum ALT,AST,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C).RESULTS:Compared with the model group,the contents of ALT,AST,TG,TC or LDL-C were significantly decreased,the conten of HDL-C was increased,the differences had remarkable significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01).CONCLUSION:(NAC·TA)Mg can obviously decrease the content of bloodfat in rats with NASH.
