【摘要】 目的:探讨螺旋CT双期增强扫描及后处理技术在甲状腺良恶性结节诊断的应用价值。方法:收集经病理证实的122例甲状腺结节,均做CT平扫、增强及三维后处理,并对其CT值变化和后重建图像进行分析。结果:CT检查与病理学检查在甲状腺结节的诊断中两者吻合度有较强统计学意义(P<0.001),CT平扫值、动脉期值和静脉期值在不同性质的甲状腺结节间的差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:螺旋CT在甲状腺结节的诊断上,CT平扫及双期增强扫描、三维后处理技术具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the value of dual phase scan with spiral CT and post- processing technique in diagnosis of thyroid benign and malignant nodules.Methods: 122 patients with thyroid nodules were selected.All of them had pathologic diagnosis and underwent plain and contrast enhancement with spiral CT.The change of CT value and the post- processing images were analyzed.Result: The diagnosis of CT and pathologic findings had strong statistical significance in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules( κ = 0.761,P < 0.001),CT scan value,the value of arterial and venous phases in the different nature thyroid nodules had statistical significance( P <0.05).Conclusions: Spiral CT plain scan,dual phases enhancement and 3-D post-processing technique are of great importance in diagnosis of thyroid nodules.更多还原
