顶岗实习:地方师范院校实践教学改革新探——以玉林师范学院为例

【摘要】 顶岗实习是新时期探讨实践教学改革过程中所形成的一种新的教育实习方式。为了能全面认识顶岗实习并进一步做好这项工作,我们有必要厘清顶岗实习的内涵;了解顶岗实习的发展历程及所取得的基本经验;懂得顶岗实习实施的理论依据——马克思主义实践理论、后现代主义理论及教师教育一体化理论;然后,就玉林师范学院在实施顶岗实习过程中所存在的主要问题,从教师教育课程改革、经费保障、规章制度和组织机构建设、实习指导与交流四方面提出解决办法。

【Abstract】 Substituted post teaching practice is a new kind of educational practice mode which appears in the process of discussing practice teaching reform in the new period. In order to comprehensively understand the substituted post teaching practice and do the work well, we think, it is necessary for us to clarify the connotation of substituted post teaching practice, understand its process of development and the experience gained and its theoretical basis. In view of the problems in the implement of the substituted post teaching practice of Yulin Normal University, we put forward measures to solve these problems from four aspects as following: curriculum reform of teacher education, fund guarantee, construction of rules and organization, as well as guidance and communication.
