【Abstract】 Traditional ethnic physical education teaching in colleges is one of the important and effective ways to inherit and conserve traditional ethnic physical education culture. Based on investigations of traditional ethnic physical education teachings in different college and universities in Guangxi, this paper analyzes the significance and dilemma of effective teaching in traditional ethnic physical education under the guidance of effective teaching theory, and puts forward effective teaching strategies to traditional ethnic physical education from the aspects of emphasizing learning experience and optimizing the classroom teaching mode, in order to improve efficiency, benefit and effect and provide valuable reference.更多还原
