【摘要】 本文阐述了乳腺癌规范化诊疗电子病历系统的设计过程。该电子病历系统通过EMPI(院内病人主索引)、模板编辑器、数据分析系统、ETL数据加工平台、工作流引擎等关键技术的支持,实现了肿瘤综合诊疗规范标准与以电子病历为核心的医院信息系统(HIS)的实时交互,能够为临床医生提供临床决策支持服务,同时也可以为《乳腺癌的规范化综合诊治技术方案》的进一步修订和完善提供详实的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the design process of a normative electronic medical record system for diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. The real-time interaction between the specifi cation standards of comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of tumors and hospital information system which regards electronic medical record as its core can be implemented with the application of the electronic medical record system integrated various technologies including EMPI, template editor, data analysis system, ETL data processing platform and workfl ow engine, which can also provide clinical decision support service for clinician and detailed basis for the further revision and improvement of standardized comprehensive diagnosis and treatment technology solutions of breast cancer.更多还原
