【摘要】 目的研制一种防水型灭菌指示卡,解决普通灭菌指示卡变色不均匀问题。方法研制一种防水型透明保护膜,涂覆在普通灭菌指示卡的表面,使其具有防水功能。进行防水效果实验,将普通灭菌指示卡和防水型灭菌指示卡分别放在纱布块包和金属器械包内进行灭菌(132℃,3 min),分别记录两种指示卡变色合格和不合格样本数。结果防水型灭菌指示卡变色效果优于普通灭菌指示卡,二者具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论防水型灭菌指示卡具有较好的防水效果且可以正常变色。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a kind of waterproof sterilization indicator card to solve the problem of uneven discoloration occurred in the sterilization process of common indicator cards. Methods A kind of waterproof and protective fi lm was designed and coated on the surface of the common sterilization indicator cards. Then the waterproof effect experiment was conducted by packing ordinary sterilization indicator cards and waterproof indicator cards into gauze bags and metal bags to sterilize them(132 ℃, 3 min). Then the numbers of qualifi ed cards and unqualifi ed cards were recorded. Results There were signifi cant differences between waterproof cards and ordinary cards on the numbers of qualifi ed cards and unqualifi ed cards(P<0.05), which indicated that the waterproof property and discoloration effect of waterproof cards were better than those of ordinary cards. Conclusion The waterproof effect of the waterproof sterilization indicator card with normal indicator discoloration performance is good.更多还原
