【摘要】 本文针对医学影像检查中存在的排队时间长和工作量不均衡等问题,通过在医学影像存储与传输系统(PACS)中开发影像检查网络预约系统并实现与医院信息系统(HIS)的接口,优化了影像检查流程,实现了影像检查的网络预约。该系统的实施,有效缩短了患者排队时间,平衡了各检查区的工作量,实现了门诊和住院患者的错峰检查,高效处理异常检查申请单。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at long-time queuing and unbalanced workload existed in medical imaging examination, this paper developed a system of online appointment based on PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication System) and achieved the interface of PACS and HIS(Hospital Information System), which optimized the procedures and realized online appointment of medical imaging examination. This system could effectively shorten the waiting time of the patients, balance the workload of multiregion examination, stagger the examination peak-time of outpatients and inpatients, handle mistake application sheets conveniently.更多还原
