【摘要】 目的:对自体脂肪表情肌内注射与结构性注射在面部年轻化方面的应用效果进行探讨分析。方法:对我院14例要求面部年轻化的患者通过抽吸获得脂肪、经过离心提纯后,脂肪颗粒注射,注射方法为肌肉内注射与结构性注射,对并发症以及治疗效果进行观察。结果:除2例患者6个月后进行重复注射之外,其余患者均注射一次,经术后随访6个月~1年,效果较好,未出现脂肪液化、感染等并发症。结论:自体脂肪表情肌内注射和结构性注射移植是实现面部年轻化的安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the application effect of intramuscular injection of autologous fat expression and structural injection in facial rejuvenation. Method:14 patients in the hospital were treated with facial rejuvenation through the suction fat and centrifugation,fat-grafting. The injection method was intramuscular and structural injection. And the complications and therapeutic effects were observed. Result:In addition to the repeated injection of 2 patients after 6 months,the remaining patients were injected once,after six months~one year followed up. The effect is relatively good,with no complications such as infection and fat liquefaction. Conclusion:Autologous fat face intramuscular injection and structural injection transplantation is a safe and effective method of facial rejuvenation.更多还原
