【Abstract】 Aiming at the outstanding engineers and taking full advantage of the Foundation award for scientific innovation that were established by the university,which can help construct a training system of connecting between class-education and science and technology practice out of class. Strengthening the teacher’s troop’s construction and enterprise-and-school joint running. Moreover,establishing the stable practice bases outside can enhance the practical ability conscientiously for university students.
