【摘要】 本文对药品零差率销售改革前后定点医院的门诊、住院医保管理指标的变化进行统计分析。认为控制医疗费用不合理增长需采取药品零差率销售综合改革措施;采取门诊、住院合并计算总额预算额度的办法有利于减缓医疗费用快速增长;对体现医务人员劳动价值的医疗服务价格应加大调整力度,以减少药品零差率销售改革对医院收入的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing the data of Medicare management indexes for the outpatient and inpatient from the designated hospitals before and after the initiation of zero-profit drug sale policy,it is concluded that comprehensive reform of zero-profit drug sale should be adapted to control the unreasonable growth of medical costs;the degree of price adjustment for medical services which reflect the value of medical personnel labor should be intensify so as to eliminate the negative impact of zero-profit drug sale reform on hospital revenue.更多还原
