【摘要】 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的并发症之一,在其发病过程中都伴随着复杂的机体代谢紊乱性改变,目前糖尿病肾病肾损伤的确切发病机制尚未完全明确。本文综述了潜在的糖尿病肾病治疗靶点,包括血流动力学、晚期糖基化终末产物、氧化应激、多元醇通路、蛋白激酶C及各种细胞因子的激活等多个方面。进一步研究发病机制以及有效的防治方法对治疗糖尿病肾病具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This review is intended to present the latest information on the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy based on the studies of recent years,involving potential therapeutic targets of diabetic nephropathy,such as hemodynamic dysfunctions,advanced glycation end-product,lipid metabolism disorders,inflammatory cytokines,and oxidative stress. Further studies are mandatory to investigate the effect of various interventions that modulate the pathogenesis in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.更多还原
