妊娠期高脂血症患者SOD活性及MDA、NO含量的变化

【摘要】 目的:检测妊娠期高脂血症患者血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和一氧化氮(NO)含量,寻找监测妊娠高脂血症的临床指标。方法:采集45例妊娠期高脂血症患者血浆和50例正常孕妇血浆,以硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)比色法、黄嘌呤氧化酶法、硝酸还原酶法分别测定SOD、MDA、NO的含量。结果:妊娠期高脂血症组血浆SOD活性、NO的含量明显低于对照组,MDA含量明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SOD、MDA、NO的变化与妊娠高脂血症的病理变化有关,检测其含量可作为临床监测妊娠高脂血症病情的指标。

【Abstract】 Objective: To measure the amount of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) and nitric oxide(NO),and to try to find out the clinical index for monitoring hyperlipoidemia during pregnancy.Method: The blood plasma was collected respectively from 45 gestational hyperlipidemia patients and 50 normal pregnant women.And respectively measure the amount of SOD,MDA,NO with TBA,xanthine oxidase,nitrate reductase.Result: The activity of SOD and amount of NO were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The amount of MDA was much higher in gestational hyperlipidemia women,compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The change of the amount of SOD,MDA,NO maybe concern with the pathological changes of gestational hyperlipidemia,the amount detection can be regarded as index for monitoring gestational hyperlipidemia.
