【摘要】 目的:探讨妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后残余尿量的护理。方法:采用回顾性方法,选取2012年1月-2014年1月笔者所在医院收治的68例妇科恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料,随机将其分为对照组及观察组,两组各34例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予个性化护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者残余尿量(68.25±8.63)ml,低于对照组的(86.41±7.52)ml,差异有统计学意义(t=7.962,P<0.05);观察组尿潴留发生率(5.88%)低于对照组(17.65%),差异有统计学意义(字2=6.581,P<0.05);两组患者护理质量及护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后残余尿量进行监测,可减少术后尿潴留的发生,并促进患者术后早日康复,实施个性化护理可提高护理质量及护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the nursing of the residual urine volume in patients with gynecological malignant tumor after operation.Method:The clinical data of 68 cases of gynecologic malignant tumor patients in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were retrospected,the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,two groups with 34 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group given individualized nursing intervention,the nursing effect two groups was compared.Result:Patients with residual urine volume(68.25±8.63)ml in the observation group,it was lower than that of the control group(86.41±7.52)ml,the difference was significant(t=7.962,P<0.05),the incidence of urinary retention(5.88%) in the observation group was lower than the control group(17.65%),the differences was statistically significant between the two groups of patients( 字2=6.581,P<0.05),nursing quality and nursing satisfaction,with statistical significance(P<0.05) between the two groups of patients.Conclusion:Monitoring gynecological malignant tumors in patients with residual urine volume can reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary retention,and promote postoperative recovery,the implementation of personalized nursing can enhance the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.更多还原
