【摘要】 目的:探讨手术室护士职业倦怠与身心健康状况相关性分析。方法:随机筛选滨州市2所三甲医院50名毕业两年以下的手术室护士为调查对象,采用Maslach职业倦怠问卷(修订版)和健康状况调查表进行问卷调查。结果:调查对象中12名(24%)个人成就感较弱,15名(30%)情感疏远较严重,12名(24%)情感衰竭较严重,以上人员职业倦怠感较强。情感衰竭、情感疏远与身心健康状况呈正相关,职业效能与心理健康状况呈负相关。结论:手术室护士的职业倦怠情况与身心健康状况密切相关,管理者应为手术室护士创造一个良好的职业环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relevance between the occupation burnout of the operating room nurses and their physical and mental health.Method:Fifty operating room nurses graduated within two years working in Third Grade Class A Hospital of Binzhou City were randomly selected as respondents.The survey used Maslach Occupation Burnout Questionnaire(Revised Edition) and Health status questionnaire.Result:12 cases(24%) of the respondents had weak personal accomplishment,15 cases(30%) respondents had severe emotional alienation,12 cases(24%) had severe emotional exhaustion,these people had more occupation burnout than others.The physical and mental health were positively correlated with emotional exhaustion,emotional alienation,and negatively correlated with professional performance.Conclusion:The occupation burnout of the operating room nurses is closely related to the physical and mental health. Managers should create a good professional environment for the operating room nurses.更多还原
