【摘要】 目的:观察并探讨胫骨Pilon骨折患者接受经皮微创内固定处理的临床效果。方法:选取2011年3月-2012年5月笔者所在医院收治的胫骨Pilon骨折患者50例为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与试验组,各25例,对照组行钢板固定处理方案,试验组则选择经皮微创钢板内固定处理方案。对比分析两组患者的疗效。结果:经不同方案治疗后,与对照组比较,试验组骨折愈合时间更短,并发症发生率更低,踝关节评分更优,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于胫骨Pilon骨折患者而言,经皮微创内固定治疗效果确切,有利于加快患者骨伤愈合,并有效控制了术后并发症,具有很高的临床应用价值,值得予以推广和使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe and explore the clinical effectiveness of tibia Pilon fracture patients underwent minimally invasive percutaneous fixation process.Method:50 cases with tibia Pilon fracture in author’s hospital from March 2011 to May 2012 were selected as the study objective,were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,25 cases in each group.the control group was treated with plate fixation treatment program,and the experimental group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation treatment program.The efficacy of two groups of patients were compared.Result:After treatment of different options,the fracture healing time,complication rates and ankle score in the experimental group were better than the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the tibia Pilon fracture patients,minimally invasive percutaneous fixation has exact effect,can speed up the healing of patients with bone-setting,and effective control of postoperative complications,has a high clinical value,is worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
