【摘要】 目的:观察胸腺五肽治疗老年带状疱疹的疗效及安全性。方法:48例门诊老年带状疱疹患者,分为治疗组和对照组,除常规抗病毒、营养神经治疗外,治疗组给以胸腺五肽2 mg隔日肌注,共7次。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组患者总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.022<0.05),治疗中未出现不良反应。结论:胸腺五肽治疗带状疱疹可以缩短病程,提高疗效,且安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and security of thymopentin in treating aging patients with herpes zoster.Method:Fourty eight cases of aging patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group(26 cases) and the control group(22 cases), all patients received fundamental antivirus and nerve-trophic treatment, and Thymopentin was added to the treatment group patients as 2 mg,every 2 days for intramuscular injection for 7 times.Result:The efficacy of the treatment group surpassed the control group, the difference between the total efficacy rates of the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.022<0.05), no adverse reaction was found in the treatment group.Conclusion:Thymopentin is effective and safe in treating aging herpes zoster patients.更多还原
