【摘要】 目的:比较不同促排卵方法的多囊卵巢综合征患者的宫腔人工授精结局,以找出最佳的促排卵方法指导临床治疗。方法:161例周期接受宫腔人工授精的PCOS患者,根据患者个人意愿分为克罗米芬组(A组),克罗米芬组+HMG组(B组),HMG组(C组),比较三组的临床资料和促排卵结局。结果:三组患者平均年龄、不孕年限、成熟卵泡数、临床妊娠率、OHSS发生率、多胎率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但B组临床妊娠率最高;A组hCG日内膜明显薄于其他两组,且流产率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组、C组两组比较,B组Gn天数少,Gn用量小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三个促排卵方案均适用于PCOS患者,克罗米芬+HMG方案可获得相对高的临床妊娠率,流产率低,且使用Gn天数少,Gn用量小,可作为首选促排方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the intrauterine insemination(IUI) outcome of PCOS patients by different stimulate ovulation,to find out the best stimulate ovulation.Method:161 cases of PCOS who cycle underwent in intrauterine insemination.They were divided into clomiphene(CC) group(group A), CC+HMG group(group B),HMG group(group C) according to personal willingness.The clinical data and the outcome of the three groups were compared. Result:There were no significant difference among the three groups in patients’ average age,infertility,the number of mature follicle,the clinical pregnancy rate and the incidence of OHSS,multiplets rate(P>0.05),but the highest clinical pregnancy rate was group B,the hCG day endometriums was thinner and the abortion rate was higher in group A than those of the other two groups(P<0.05).Comparing group C and group B,the less Gn days and the small Gn dosage in group B than that of group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:All three stimulate ovulation scheme are applicable to patients with PCOS,The CC+ HMG group can be used as first choice for high clinical pregnancy rate and low abortion rate,the less Gn days and the small Gn dosage.更多还原
