树脂吸附联合血液透析对肾性骨病的应用效果分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨树脂吸附联合血液透析对肾性骨病患者治疗的临床疗效,为临床推广作出指导。方法:选择2010年2月-2013年2月笔者所在医院收治的94例肾性骨病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组给予血液透析治疗,治疗组给予树脂吸附联合血液透析治疗,对比观察两组患者治疗后血液各项指标的变化情况及临床疗效。结果:(1)两组患者治疗后iPTH、SCr、P3+水平较治疗前均有明显降低,且治疗组iPTH、P3+水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗后两组SCr水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后血红蛋白(Hb)较治疗前无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)治疗组总有效率为89.36%(42/47),明显高于对照组的61.70%(29/47),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:树脂吸附联合血液透析治疗肾性骨病的临床效果显著,值得临床广泛推广。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of resin adsorption and hemodialysis in the treatment of renal osteodystrophy,which made guidance for clinical treatment.Method:Selected 94 cases admitted to our hospital from February 2010 to February 2013 were divided into control group(given hemodialysis treatment) and treatment group(given resin adsorption and hemodialysis treatment),the blood indicators and efficacy of two groups were compared. Result:(1)After treatment the levels of iPTH,SCr,P3+ were lower than before treatment,and the iPTH,P3+ levels of treatment group were better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment the levels of Hb had no significant changes,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);(2)The total effective rate of treatment group(89.36%) was higher than that of control group(61.70%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Resin adsorption and hemodialysis have significant effect on treating renal osteodystrophy,which is worthy of clinical widely.
