【摘要】 目的:探讨三踝骨折行内固定或石膏外固定治疗的疗效。方法:回顾分析收治的53例三踝骨折,采用后外侧及内侧联合入路结合可吸收骨折内固定螺钉、接骨板治疗,了解骨折愈合时间及疗效。结果:获随访12~22周,平均17周,骨折愈合时间平均4个月,优良率为88.7%。结论:后外侧及内侧联合入路结合可吸收骨折内固定螺钉、接骨板治疗三踝骨折疗效好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the curative effect of fixed or plaster external fixation in the treatment of three ankle fractures.Method:To retrospective analysis of 53 cases with fracture of three ankle,which were treated with the posterior-lateral and medial joint approach combined with absorbable screw fracture internal fixation and bone plate.To know fracture healing time and curative effect.Result:This was followed up for 12-22 weeks,an average of 17 weeks,the average fracture healing time was 4 months,the excellent 88.7%.Conclusion:The curative effect of posterior-lateral and medial joint approach combined with absorbable screw fracture internal fixation bone plate in treatment of three ankle fractures is good.更多还原
